At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial botanicals and home decor. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and petals are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number to the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier's location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
